Effortlessly chic – that’s how I would describe Clare and Adam’s Kilkea Castle wedding in a nutshell. Besides the fact that their reception had such a romantic ambience, our couple was so relaxed and easy-going that it made their special day even more enjoyable. It was such a dream to photograph them and be a part of the most significant day of their life.
With Clare and Adam, everything was just so calm and easy during the morning preparations. I was even able to go from the grooms and groomsmen’s side to the bride and bridesmaid’s house with ease. I’m so amazed by how Clare just took it all in her stride. I could tell that Clare and Adam were just there to enjoy and celebrate their love with everyone. Without a doubt, their Kilkea Castle wedding was so elegant, a perfect embodiment of Clare and Adam’s vision. Also, their marriage ceremony at Duiske Abbey was so beautiful. The church was filled with love as the couple pledged their vows with a lovely backdrop to make the moment even more timeless.
My favourite moment in this Irish castle wedding would be taking advantage of the gorgeous grounds of the Kilkea castle. The landscaping made it so much more serene, which perfectly matched our couple’s portrait. To make it even more spectacular, they had an evening firework show and a sparkler exit. I couldn’t help but capture so many Kilkea wedding images for our couple because of how magical their day was. Even a little rain couldn’t dampen their spirit of celebrating their love.
